I personally wish to thank you for considering Fireside Partners as your source for emergency response planning and training. 2010 marks only our fourth year, but what an exciting few years it has been. Last year saw some of the worst economic times that I ever hope we will see. Throughout the global recession we stayed committed to our industry-leading service, our culture of partnership, and our continual drive to stay on the leading edge of knowledge and experience.

As we enter the new decade, we find ourselves with many great reasons to be excited about the future. Perhaps the largest reason came in the early part of this year, when we embarked upon a strategic partnership with Global Aerospace, the nations' leading aviation insurer. As an integral part of the innovative SM4 Program, Fireside Partners will deliver essential ERP services to select business aviation clients. Clients will also be able to receive valuable Human Factors and SMS resources through the two other strategic partners, Convergent Performance and Baldwin Aviation respectively.

Within the aviation sector, we applaud the recognition that ERPs have received within the ICAO SMS guidance, and continue to see the benefits of this increased visibility. Safety auditors deserve recognition as well as they continually encourage operators to not only have an ERP, but to ensure that it meets modern standards and expectations. Safety is increasingly being defined in ways that go beyond prevention. We couldn't agree more.

Brand Name Protection - In early 2010 we made a slight modification to the way we define our work at Fireside Partners. As our services have expanded slightly, so has the nature of our business. Unfortunately we have seen too many examples of the resultant effect of not planning in advance. It is through preparedness and testing that you are able to take the appropriate action to protect your brand in the worst of times. To not be prepared is to place your brand in the hands of those outside of your organization.

In 2009 our international activities grew significantly, as we provided trainings in Germany, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. For our clients who have international business requirements, we are able to bring even more to the breadth and scope of global emergency planning. We will continue to develop out international activities and establish solid global resource connections for our clients.

As I close this letter, I would like to again thank our clients and partners for their support and assistance as we continue to grow.
