What kind of support and services can you expect from Fireside Partners when an accident occurs? 

When you become our customer, your culture and your values are incorporated within the emergency response services you receive from us.  Throughout Stage 1 and Stage 2 of your Program, our roles and responsibilities will be clearly defined.  No two Emergency Response Programs are alike, which is why we provide an integrated approach to emergency response. As a Fireside Partners customer, that is what you deserve and can expect.   

Once your plan is activated, your organization will retain managerial and supervisory control over the various components of the response. We bring to the table the resources and skilled professionals who will work side by side with you, 24/7/365, as a trusted advisor, collaborating with your public relations department on crisis management, including monitoring social media and news reports. This unified approach will ensure you have the most compassionate and comprehensive response to your emergency.

During and post-crisis, families affected need care and answers. Family Assistance needs to be at the core of your response activities.  Families need emotional support and compassion as they navigate through this challenging time. You can count on our experienced team to support families and do everything we can to guide them through the aftermath. Family Assistance services include but are not limited to:

  • Notification
  • Coordination of resources to:
    • Manage access and activities in the vicinity of the accident site
    • Establish and operate a Family Assistance Center (FAC) to centralize information
    • Arrange for initial and on-going personal contact
    • Provide requested counseling

Personal belongings are crucial as they connect us with our loved ones. The care and handling of these items must be respectful and confidential.  After we collect and collate these personal items, our state of the art Effects Management Center allows us to prepare, photograph, and catalog them, making them ready for a dignified return to loved ones.
