Ensure that you are safeguarding your company’s standards for safety, training and compliance as they relate to your crew and aircraft being utilized by a supplemental provider. This session will provide attendees with checklist information, important vetting considerations and tips for speaking effectively with leadership if supplemental lift is required.

Panel Session: Developing Your Emergency Response Tabletop
Aircraft accidents are complex and unfortunate events that require a deft personal and corporate response. In the event an accident does occur, the aviation department should have procedures in place to facilitate a quick and effective response to the crisis. This interactive session will take you through a crisis response tabletop example and highlight specific actions the scheduler, as a company representative, should (or should not) take in the aftermath of an aircraft accident.
